Harley Reed has incorporated in Kenya and starts operation in January 2021. As a growing pan-African business, this means a lot in our bid to expand across the European, African and Middle East (EMEA) markets to offer a broad range of integrated professional services.

Founded as a UK partnership of lawyers and accountants in 1991, Harley Reed was incorporated as a UK limited company in 1993. The Ghana office was opened as a sister company in 1996 and in 2009 the business was restructured with the establishment of Harley Reed International as the UK based holding company of a growing pan-African business.

Now based in 7 countries, Harley Reed intends to further expand across the European, African and Middle East markets to offer a broad range of integrated professional services.
