Procurement fraud can wipe out much of a company’s profits and damage a nation’s ability to invest. The quality of procurement can make the difference between success and failure – whether of private sector companies or of national economies.
There is insufficient understanding of the benefits that a high performance procurement organisation can bring, a lack of understanding of what such an organisation might look like and how it can achieve first class results. This course looks at ways to combat fraud in procurement and provides delegates with practice in the use of twelve tools and checklists for combating and reducing the risk of procurement fraud in their own organisations. The course further looks at how to reform procurement within the public and private sectors and how to create a world class and a high performance procurement organisation.
