The objective of the event was to create an environment where women of influence can share experiences and dialogue in a bid to #BreakTheBias they and other women face in all spheres of life. It also focused on creating collaborations to accelerate progress and achieve sustainable change.

The keynote speaker, Fatima Alimohamed; CEO of African Brand Warriors and Vice-Chair of the Agriculture Sector at AGI, gave a riveting speech that urged the ladies to think about their own actions that reinforce the biases that exist and give them roots. The dynamic ladies enjoyed breakfast, music, power massages, and ample networking opportunities.
