Harley Reed began with a frustration shared by many leaders: advisory firms that understood global frameworks but not local realities — or worse, local operators with no access to global rigour.

We set out to close that gap. Headquartered in the UK with teams built from within Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Zimbabwe and Ivory Coast, Harley Reed combines the discipline of an international firm with the context of people who have actually built and run organisations on the continent.
